Newgrounds wont let me upload flash. when i click on it an upload window opens then fails to load. look at this (lol i cant even upload a picture on my posts cause of the same problems.
this is very tragic for me.
any ideas?

The response from the URL you have posted in the screenshot is as expected. You shouldn't ever need to go there directly.
This sounds to me like a problem with some firewall that you have installed. To remedy it, go to the page where you submit your header images and what not. Once the page has loaded, disable your firewall and try submitting the image again - at this point, there is only communication between the ng servers. Once you see your image in the page, turn the firewall back on and click save changes.
After that, think about getting a less crappy firewall.

I'd say its because of th efilename. Takeout the 4.0 in the .swf before uploading it.
